How to make a feedback GUI? (Without using discord)

I'm just wondering if there is some sort of app that I could use to receive my feedback information? If someone else has a better idea, I'd love to hear it. I also had the idea to transfer the data to another Roblox game that could be private, but I am not sure if that's the best solution. Thank you!
