How do i make a rays direction based on a parts rotation?

What im talking about is, im trying to make a splatter (just a decal and a part) once the ray hits a part, its gonna make a ray on that part, now this is where i struggle, im trying to make a new ray right and the direction needs to be set on the parts rotation.
