Rig animations dont work. Any tips? I tried lots of scripts.

I made a rig with animations then i tried every animate script. None of them worked. When i put in my roblox animation boom! didnt work. Ive tried everything. Any tips or free models or anything? Im just using the normal roblox avatar animation thing i tried r6 and r15 and even put in my anims.
