How can I create a queue system that teleports you to a block?

Okay so I'm fairly new to scripting and what I want to do is create a UI Button that when you click it, it puts you in a queue and when that queue reaches that certain person it will teleport them to a block in the game, how can I do that?

• I want options to leave and join queue
• Number at the top of your screen to tell you what position you are in
