How can I make a part in a character?

I'm trying to make a part/meshpart that appears in the characters right lower leg when I press a key but I can't seem to find anything about this?

Oops u could try using weld to attack a part to a character when it’s touched Cikeruw 14 — 2y

Yeah but how can i do that in a local script? im trying to make it where i can press E for an example and when i do the part appears jacob111905 0 — 2y
