could someone explain to me how to make cutscene helicopter?

could someone explain to me how I make a helicopter move by script and that instead of welds it moves the vehicle anchored I've tried everything but none of my scripts worked if anyone can help me or explain thank you.

the games I know and have this is Task Force and SCP NTF Mod on roblox
