how to reset adonis commands?

one of my friends put Adonis in their games, i've opened the cmds in the chat but didn't really do anything with it besides look through commands. now when i enter the game my character and everyone else's appears in the standard roblox blocky character form, aswell as when chatting oddly it brings me to the cmds panel everytime. im not sure if by opening simply commands did something but if it did is there a way to reset the commands back to the way they were before..???
