How would I make a script which allows a user to jump the whole server with a devproduct?

I'm creating a No-Jumping obby, and to add a bit of fun to it, in the In-Game Store, I'm adding a Developer Product that allows people to jump everyone in that server. The shop is set up, and I need a script to say, basically, when the developer product is bought, everyone's character in that server must jump.
