I need help with my Kuroko basketball game, it’s for a spec only though, please help?

How can we make a special spec just for me only but my game is a basketball game? I want to make a Midorima Spec in my basketball game meaning 100% percentage of it getting in the basketball hoop and it must have a high arc. I also want to know how to script an awakening with music and it boosts your abilities to shooting, defending, etc. It also has to have a lightning trail by the eyes too.
