How do I make it so I respawn when I change teams?

I have a team change GUI and I want to make it so you respawn when you change teams. How would I make it so I respawn?

When I try to do game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Humanoid.Heath = 0 it says Heath is not a valid member of Humanoid "Workspace.BESTGAMERS582.Humanoid"" BESTGAMERS582 0 — 3y
