how do i make a character move using a bodyforce?

i need a script that will allow the player to turn using q and e, and will also allow for the player to move back and fourth, all using bodyforces and bodygyros i am trying to make a space game and i have had to search the internet multiple times and yet i found no helpful results

i basically know nothing about scripting so i have no code to put here
