how to toggle on and off a in game chat title?

So I have a title that says exec and I want to do a command like /tag or /toggle and it will turn off the tag, change my chat color normal and not show I put that command

like it goes from [EXEC] leafs110: (yellow chat color): Hello world

when I do /tog, it does.

leafs110: (regular chat color): Hello world
