No scripting for this one just a question, how do I get rid of the loading screen?

In my game, I uploaded a different place to the start place so I could have more flexibility to work with getting my players to customization and the main menu screen, but every time I launch the game it works for about 2 seconds then it brings me to a screen that has a small label which says Loading... and it stays like that forever and doesnt change, right before it changes to that screen you catch a small glimpse of an empty baseplate with a spawn, how might I fix this?
