How could I convert a user's last online date into a relative time?

How can I convert a user's last online date/time into a time such as "3 hours ago" or "1 day ago" or "15 years ago"? I've seen AntiBoomz do it in his Chrome extension BTRoblox, but that's in javascript and I wanna know how to do it in Luau.
