How do I fix the head color being gray no matter what?
Whenever players join my game there head is gray, but their other skin is the correct color. I have removed all free models and virus scanned my game many times.

You probably have changed something in the avatar settings of your game, in roblox studio click file and then click game settings, under game settings you should see the avatar tab, click that and you might be able to find your problem in there.
