WHY DOES MY GAME HAVE SO MUCH PING?

You're gonna have to show us the code that you're using. I'm not very good at coding, but the most likely problem that I can think of is your code is extremely un-optimized or something has gone severely wrong.

Did you use any free models containing a script? The scripts could have a virus in it which causes the game to lag uncontrollably without your notice. In the Explorer you can try searching "Script" and delete every suspicious script.

Do you lag in other games too? If yes, its probably your internet connection.

Do you have a lot of parts (especially unanchored) in the game? Well, its probably that, reduce the use of Unions if any.
