Is it possible to bypass the GUI limit?

So I'm working on a game called "word engine" which creates every possible combination of 4 letters. Anyway, to get to the point, does the engine limit the amount of GUIs and can I bypass it? I'm pretty sure I have around 40k guis when it starts to cut off. It also makes the screen guis disappear and they only reappear when I look up, which is also when the screenguis begin showing again.
