Can someone clearly explain the DataStore Editor plugin?

Hello, I’ve tried looking at all YouTube and website tutorials on how to work to the DataStore Editor plugin, but I cant seem to figure anything out. Can someone clearly explain what exactly I have to put in the boxes in order for it to work? Sorry if this is too much to ask for, I’m not a pro at scripting haha.
