Is there a way to remove localplayer or disable it and then add it back after a few seconds?

I really have no idea what you meant by that. Do you want to disconnect the player and add it back?? Well that's not possible. This is the only possible explanation that can be learned from your title. You could've expanded it a little in the description section, like what specifically you would like to do.
