[SOLVED] Using a sounds current volume?

Is there a way to get a sounds volume? Like the actual volume and not the volume its playing at? I assume developers are using something like this to animate speakers, a good example is Monstercat’s Lost Civilization

Edit: For reference like the size of the sound the wave at the current moment

Solution: This idiot finally remembered about the property PlaybackLoudness
