How To Play Sound When Emote is Played?

Hello, I've been trying to make a script that plays a sound when an emote plays.

For example, if I had said "/e dance", then a certain sound plays when I type that along with the animation. I also want everybody around the client to hear the sound that plays when the command is written.

Sorry if this is easy, I'm not an advanced scripter.
