How do I make a part play music but when you get too far away from it, the music fades away?

I have a part that plays music but doesn't fade away when I get far away from it. Like proximity music or something.

I'm confused, sounds have their own properties for this very reason. Here's the properties you can use:

Sound.RollOffMaxDistance

Sound.RollOffMinDistance

Sound.RollOffMode
