Can someone help me write the script to load a a character by typing the username?

I need help making a GUI where you can type the username and it loads their character. I don't know where to start. Kind of like the thin mints beat up simulator. https://www.roblox.com/games/5133040469/Thin-Mints-Beat-up-simulator

Ok here is just 1 tip, i am not gonna give you a whole script though but you should get the player's name from the textbox and use :GetUserIdFromNameAsync() to get the userid, Then use :GetHumanoidDescriptionFromUserId(userid) then apply it to the character and then you're done. kepiblop 124 — 3y
