How to make part change it can collide and transparency in script if player owns the game pass?

Hello! I was trying to make an admin game with vip, and insert utg in it. But players can get in vip easily with noclip, so I wanted to cover utg giver with a part, that becomes uncollide and invisible if player owns the game pass. I know how to change those parameters through script, so I tried to script it, but all my tries were unsuccessful. I was searching through the internet then I decided to ask you. Please, help!
