How does one create an In-game Mobile Ad?

I recently saw the new ROBLOX Blog article about the In-game Mobile Ads, and I didn't even know that existed. Obviously, I'm not doing this for the robux, because I have no games that are visited, but I am just curious as to how I could get this set up.

I have no idea where to start, so I can't really provide any code if it is a code thing. Just a rundown would be appreciated. Thanks!
