How to create a script that shows a overhead nametag when a command is said in chat?

I'm trying to make a script where certain people can type something in chat and an overhead nametag pops up. What I'm trying to make it say is whenever a person w/ the permissions says "/e show" in chat it shows the nametag and when they say "/e hide" the tag disappears. If anyone could help out it'd be appreciated.
