A bug thats been happening in quite a few games the past few days, whats goin on?

I dont know if this is something wrong with roblox itself or something seeing as how its affected 2 games I develop and some games I play

but instead, on other players screens it does this: https://imgur.com/V5m4yGD

so is this an issue with roblox itself since it has effected quite a few games at once? and if so why haven't they fixed it after almost 3 days? (sorry, I couldn't figure out how to imbed the images lol)
