Workspace.Player.Xposition = Workspace.Spawnpoint.Xposition HEALTH = 100

Click the white plus on Workspace and search 'SpawnLocation' on 'Search object'. Insert the spawn point and drag it to an area. The spawn point will automatically heal the player and respawn them at the desired area, so you do not need a script.
