GUI Function Help?

How do I make it so when someone clicks a GUI it has a function? I have game.StarterGUI.ScreenGUI.TextLabel.Backgroundcolor3 = Lime Green But I don't know how to make it do that when someone clicks/hovers over it with their cursor,
