How to check if a game is private or public?

How to check if a game is private or public from an asset ID with a localscript?

You cannot affirm that through any Asset ID to my knowledge, though, you can determine if a Server is privately owned through game.PrivateServerOwnerId. Ziffixture 6913 — 3y

If it is your game you want to see if it is private or not, go to the roblox create page, and hit the configure icon in the game you want to see if it is private and then hit configure game. After that, there will be an option with two checkboxes. One would be private and the other will be public. The black circle will show what is the status of the game (if it is public or private). Just click on the circle that you want the game to be.

I am not asking how to do it manually. I need a script that can give me a true or false value when I put in a game ID. TheExtraDip 19 — 3y
