HTTPService help please??
NOTE: I understand this is not a request site for scripts, and neither am I requesting for a correct script.
Hey Guys,
Some time ago, ROBLOX Launched HTTPService, and I'm still confused on how to use it, since the wiki doesn't make much sense for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could teach me all about HTTPService. I need to know this because I want to know how to send e-mails to myself from ROBLOX Servers (If this is possible).

Just so you know, you can't really do anything with HTTPService other than Google Analytics. If you made a web browser with HTTPService and tried to go to youtube.com, it would give you a bunch of HTML code. So, yeah. I'm still learning with HTTPService too, I'm going to use it to make inter-server communications and leaderboards. If you need any more help, PM me.
Actually you can do A LOT with HTTPService, other than GoogleAnalytics. If you have an external webserver, you can use it to communicate with an API that you create, or use it to get data from outside sources- business, newsfeeds, etc.
The Base Wars Hall of Fame utilizes this service to store all the models of the statues - users are cloned, and if they have a ranking, they show up in the Hall.
In order to send emails to yourself, you would need to have a PHP script running on an external server, that HTTPService can make a call out to, and the message would be sent out to your email thru PHP mail functions.
