Why is my studio crashing constantly?
I know that questions are supposed to be Lua related, but I'm getting increasingly frustrated and unable to find a fix. I've never had any problems with Studio on this computer.
Today I had a studio update and then ever since then it has continuously crashed. It crashes every couple of minutes for no obvious reason. I've tried resetting all my settings, restarting my pc, my drivers are all up to date, I've even uninstalled and deleted my Roblox folders and it is still happening. It's to the point where I'm racing to make a couple changes to my game and publish before it crashes, just to get something done.
Also by 'crashing' I mean showing the 'Oops! An error occurred' box.
Is there anything that could help me?

Had the same issue here, for me it was caused by scripts contacting the server more than allowed, make sure your scripts are debounced & only sending pings that they need to send. Also, when it pops up that message, dont press ok, press File>Save To File; it'll allow a local save to be made of your progress but not a publish save.
