My animation keeps doing this. How do I stop? The mag moves from the start, not from the keyframe.

It keeps doing this: What should i do? Only the mag moves from the start, not it starts moving after the keyframe. I just need some straight help, scripting helpers, IM NOT TRYING TO SPAM!
