Roblox Toolbox isn't opening. What do I do and how could this have happened?

Every time I open Roblox Studio, my toolbox doesn't open. I click to open it, but it doesn't work. Additionally, this also messes everything else up as none of the tools work. I can't use the move, rotate, drag, or scale tool. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox, but that didn't work. I tried reinstalling Roblox on it's own, to no prevail. This happens on any game I try to work on. It has gotten to the point were I can't use Roblox Studios as it only works 50% of the time. I have been having this problem for about 3 months, if that helps any.
