There's a new frame called videoframe but I don't know how to use it?
Okay, by not knowing how to use it I mean by I'm trying to upload my own video but I don't see an option for it, anyway I could do that?

I believe you can't upload them as of now. Although you can insert them as instances and change it's properties, you can only insert videos uploaded by the Roblox account. Maybe later in the future it will be community-available but as you may know moderation can be hard.

At the moment due to moderation reasons you are unable to upload any sort of video to ROBLOX, but maybe in the future!
