Could anyone help on scritping a shot meter?

So i am making a basketball game and i am new to scripting. I watched a few videos on how to script animations and controls, But when i made my script for e to shoot i did not know how to make a shot meter could anyone please help?

Try to study CFrame, especially LookVectors and BodyMovers.
