Removing default mobile control GUIs? [closed]

Hey guys, simple question from me.

I was wondering if it was possible if you could remove the default mobile control GUIs. I need to do this because I am putting player's characters into Lighting and using GUIs to make a menu.

The default mobile control GUIs get in the way of my menu buttons and I would like to remove them so that I can support my game on iOS and Android.
