What is at the bottom of object browser?

if you go to object browser on roblox studio, you see a list of objects on roblox with things like function and properties about them, but if you scroll all the way down, you see something different for example the first one is called "AAsamples". It has a different icon next to it and it isn't an object you can insert, so what is it?(if this doesn't count as a scripting question please tell me)
