Whats the difference between localscript and a regular script? [Answered] [closed]

Hi i'm new here and just starting out to script and I don't know what the difference is

A regular scripts is for most game scripts like disaster games and what not and doesn't deal with the starterGUI or starterPack or Players

a Localscript is mainly for scripts dealing with the Player like GUI's Tools, and Scripts used for the Players PlayerGui and Backpack
