How do you make a map vote and then get teleported to random specific locations on your map?

I know some people wont help, but i really need a thorough explanation on how to make a map voting system. I need it to be explained step by step. I have placed parts and already made surface guis on them with the vote buttons. i have also created the map and everything is ready. The only thing i have left is the Map Vote. Someone please help me out.
