How do I insert a .lua file into my game?

I cannot seem to find my saved scripts when I insert from file, any help on this?

Not sure but I would try opening the lua script DuckyRobIox 280 — 4y

Easiest way is to open them in Notepad++ and just copy-paste them into Roblox. radiant_Light203 1166 — 4y
