How to change your in-game avatar into r6?

So previously, I tried to change my game avatar into r6. I already tried every tutorials I found. Just simply click the r6 check box button but whenever I test/play my game, my avatar just glitches. I keep on sinking in and my hands are over my head. How can I fix this? Like the override player choice something..
