Why cant i play solo?

I used to play solo all the time and I used to use terrain tools all the time but I cant... It says this in the output

What does this mean? Why cant I play solo?

Yeah. You can't. I got this same thing and can't fix it. Sorry, but you need to test online now. It is annoying, but I'm starting to get used to it.

I don't know why it's caused but it isn't just you.
