is it possible to make a charater look a specfic way via team?
My friend asked me this question, and I tried my best answering it but I don't want to give him the wrong line of code nor idea. can you help me out answering this question? Thanks!

Yes, using the Player's TeamColor property. Example:
if player.TeamColor == game.Teams.Raiders.TeamColor then
-- do stuff
end
