How to get a player's character and put it onto a Gui? (Not thumbnail avatars)

I've tried searching and found nothing, but how would I do something like this? : https://imgur.com/cozvxHl https://imgur.com/Gte9ZaB As you can see in the two images a replica of a player's character is displayed on a Gui and you can move it around with your cursor and stuff. How would I do this, or replicate this? I don't want a script, I want to know how I could replicate this.
