How would I change values using filtering enabled? I don't know how to use fireservers.

Here is my simple race generating script. I wrote this to generate scripts but i completely forgot about making it filtering enabled. The script changed some values inside of a folder, the script is also not a local script and the script is inside to folder too. Can someone please help me?
