Is there a property to make a part heavier than it usually is?
Title says it all, is there a property like that?

If you go to your properties tab on your block, there's a section named 'Part'. The first choice you get is CustomPhysicalProperties, and if you check it, it will open a few choices you can change. I would mess around with density and see if that gets you anywhere.
