[OPEN] Incorrect indentation within the editor. (?)

I am aware this is not directly tied to Lua, but I am locked from posting in the correct part of the devforum. Apologies for this.

My issue is that after going onto a new line, the previous line will either indent into the incorrect location, or the following lines have a huge gap between them.

In the example above, some lines do not create big gaps, but this is extremely rare.

E: This happens in multiple places and multiple scripts.
