Accidentally Overwrote roblox File with auto recovery file?

I Accidentally Overwrote a Roblox File with an auto recovery file.

For some reason when you've alreday saved an auto recovery file somewhere else on roblox the auto recovery file deletes. So now I don't have my auto recovery from yesterday. I accidentally clicked save on the one from a month ago because I thought it was from yesterday at first glance.

Is there a way to fix this or will I just have to learn my lesson of making backups the hard way?
