How to make a one player only team with a specfic character look?

I know, it sounds complicated, but I will explain. So I'm making a game for Halloween, and I have everything laid out, the maps, the teams, the idea, all but this one. So I want only ONE player on a specific team called "Midnight Watcher" and only one. I also want the character to look a specific way, like specific pants, shirts, etc. So how do you make that only player look a specific way?
